When should I get my carpet cleaned?
We recommend cleaning your carpet at least every 3-6 months. Regardless of circumstances, carpets commonly pickup dirt and debris from shoes, socks and other household items. Think of it similarly to a car wash. Regardless of how many times you drive it, a car should be maintained accordingly.
Why should I use a professional cleaning service?
While we still recommend vacuuming your carpet, there's some stains and dirt a residential vacuum can't remove. This can lead to a problem the industry likes to call, "wick back." This occurs when dirt and oil are soaked deep into the carpet, which won't be removed by your standard vacuum and cause stains to reappear often. To combat this, we use the best machines in the carpet cleaning industry that soak into and clean the pad itself.

Aladdin's Carpet Cleaners Saved LA Fitness Play Area
“The first company we hired was unable to fix the kids area. Thanks to Aladdin's Carpet Cleaners, the carpet is cleaned, deodorized, sanitized, and back open! .” - LA Fitness
The Accident:
Unfortunately, LA Fitness had a flood from the bathrooms causing damage to the kids play area. They had no choice but to shut it down until the carpet was extracted, cleaned, and sanitized. They had hired another company to clean due to a cheaper price, but they were unable to resolve the issue. This caused them to believe that the carpet would need to be replaced, which could have costs 10's of thousands of dollars. LA Fitness said they would need to close the kids play room all together if that was the case.
With that said, Aladdin's Carpet Cleaners told them to let us clean for them and they took a chance.
Proper Solutions, Preparation, and Skills
Prior to the cleaning service, we made sure to extract all remaining water and treat with an enzyme that would eat away odor causing bacteria and germs from the flood. We also added a sprinkle of our proprietary cleaning formula to speed up the process and ensure the cleaning process work.
Once our prep mix did its job, we conducted a hot water extraction service. Using hot water will aid the sanitizing effort with the heat, all while pulling out the germs, allergens, bacteria, and other contaminants in the extraction process. We were able to remove all of the stains and needed to conduct one final step to ensure the odor is taken care of. We used a post treatment mix we made, using enzymes as well, and allowed it to work as the carpet dried.
The next day we got a very exciting call from LA Fitness that thanks to our work, the kids area will be opened back up the following day. Alas, the kids can play, the parents can work out, LA Fitness saved a lot of money, and we created a great partnership for future cleanings.
